Today I'm going to make a sweet dish, perfect for breaking the fast. In Indonesia, breaking the fast is often associated with sweet foods and drinks. This dish is perfect for you to enjoy. It's made from sweet jackfruit flesh combined with black sticky rice topped with a thick, creamy coconut milk sauce. That's all I can say for now.
To make this dish, it's best to use jackfruit that's truly yellow, as yellowing is a sign of ripeness. The taste is also very sweet and delicious for this dish. You can use either white or black sticky rice for the sticky rice. Adjust to your taste; I prefer black sticky rice, which is more delicious.
It just so happened that at home there was a ripe jackfruit and also black sticky rice that my mother had deliberately saved to make this food, and finally today I will make it myself at home using ingredients that I have at home and I immediately started making it.
When I wanted to start making it, suddenly a guest came to my house so I was forced to leave the ingredients and go to the front to chat with my guest. I also served drinks and snacks. It's a shame that my jackfruit sticky rice wasn't ready yet. If it was ready, I could have served it straight away to my guest.
After my guests went home, I prepared the ingredients for the jackfruit sticky rice cake. I started by cleaning the jackfruit skin and taking the flesh one by one. I washed it until it was clean. After that, I prepared the other ingredients.

First, I took a pan and put in the sticky rice. I washed it until it was clean and soaked it for 1 hour. Then I drained it and steamed the sticky rice until it was cooked. Don't forget to add the pandan leaves.
Next, I cooked the coconut milk sauce. I put the coconut milk into a pan, granulated sugar, and pandan leaves. I cooked it while stirring it. For the jackfruit flesh, I cut some into small pieces and left the rest as is, while I cooked the jackfruit seeds with the coconut milk sauce.
Next, I put in the jackfruit that I have cut, salt and rice flour solution, then I cook until the coconut milk sauce thickens.
Next, after the sticky rice is cooked, I put it in a whole jackfruit, then I pour coconut milk sauce over it, and the jackfruit is ready to be served.
RESULTS
look at the result, it's beautiful and delicious, isn't it? with the yellow and sweet jackfruit make this dish very delicious. especially topped with a super creamy coconut milk sauce, I think everyone will love it
after biting and enjoying the legit sweet and creamy is the combination of flavors that I feel, because basically the sweet jackfruit alone is very delicious especially when added with the thick creamy coconut milk sauce, so if you have jackfruit at don't forget the funds don't hesitate to make this dish at home
