In Indonesia, breaking the fast is often associated with sweet foods and drinks. This dish is perfect for you to enjoy. It's made from sweet jackfruit flesh combined with black sticky rice topped with a thick, creamy coconut milk sauce. That's all I can say for now. To make this dish, it's best to use jackfruit that's truly yellow, as yellowing is a sign of ripeness. The taste is also very sweet and delicious for this dish. You can use either white or black sticky rice for the sticky rice.
