Ingredients
🧅 1 onion, diced
🫒 4 tbsp vegetable oil
🥩 650 g minced meat (lean ground beef)
🧂 Salt
🌶️ 1 tsp pepper mix
🌶️ 1 tsp smoked paprika
🌿 1 tsp Italian herbs
🥔 3-4 potatoes, peeled and diced
🥚 5 eggs
🌿 10 g parsley, chopped
🌿 10 g dill, chopped
🧀 150 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
1- Dice and Sauté Onion:
- Dice the onion and set aside.
- Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a grey non-stick frying pan over a BOSCH induction cooktop.
- Add the diced onion to the pan and sauté until softened, becoming translucent and slightly golden.
2- Cook Minced Meat:
- Mix in the minced meat, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Cook until browned and cooked through.
3- Season Meat Mixture:
- Season the meat mixture with salt, pepper mix, smoked paprika, and Italian herbs.
- Stir well to coat evenly with seasonings.
4- Fry Potatoes:
- Remove the meat from the pan and transfer it to a bowl.
- Add the diced potatoes to the same pan, ensuring there's enough oil—add more if necessary.
- Fry until golden brown and tender, seasoning with salt while cooking.
5- Combine Meat and Potatoes:
- Combine the cooked minced meat mixture with the fried potatoes in the pan.
- Stir gently to mix.
6- Prepare Egg Mixture:
- In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and add a pinch of salt.
- Whisk the eggs until well combined.
7- Add Herbs to Eggs:
- Stir in the chopped parsley and dill with the whisked eggs.
