OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 2175th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Comparisons are often somewhat odious, especially when used to argue against another action. Whether to maximize or minimize something specific, we resort to them as a kind of rule to define the outcome of something or explain the decision made on a particular issue. I am certain that we have all made comparisons at some point, which can also give us room to express our point of view without questioning or comparing ourselves to others. What do comparisons have to do with entrepreneurship? Are they useful or influential in any way?

The answer is what defines friendship. There are quite a few answers, of course, but only one way that makes the difference for me: Encouraging honesty. “You’re singing out of tune, you can do better.” As an example, for a musician. For me, after giving my best to the high pitched part in Creep and later in What’s going on, one of my best friends told be: “That was so much fun! You sang horribly, my ears bled, but it was still great.”

My partner was on call and had to work this Saturday. I stayed at home alone and despite the obligation to go to the market, and a little cleaning around the house (vacuuming, watering the flowers), I was left to myself.

Hello friends of the @holos-lotus community. First of all, I want to thank you for this opportunity to express myself. This is my latest entry for week 301, accompanied by the 32 strings of my llanera harp, with a piece of Venezuelan music entitled “Vagabundo enamorado” (Wandering Lover), sung by the late Sexagésimo Barco.

Music inevitably has the power to stir our souls. There are songs that allow us to journey into the imagination; we give them faces, we associate them with places. Hello @holoslotus family, blessings to all. Today, I am once again participating in the wonderful initiative of my friend @charjaim, who brings us a new theme every month. This month, we will be talking about our lives, and to do so, we will be discussing the essence of the simple things that come into our lives and remain deep within us, so that we can later remember with so much love the goodness of that essence, an essence that we all have since we came into the world because we acquire it from our parents and our ancestors. This is Iļģuciema honey beer with hemp and ginger from a local brewery in Rīga. As soon as I spotted it on the shelf, in the store, I was struck with a flavor vision! This would be perfect for cookies, I thought. What does normally go in cookies again? After looking up a few savory cookie recipes, it was pretty clear that the main ingredients are flour, butter or oil, sugar, and eggs. I did not want to follow any of those recipes, however, so I came up with my own. The ratios of the ingredients I completely winged.

Hello, my dear anime-loving friends! I hope you're all doing well! Today I want to share my opinion with you about one of my favorite Japanese series, "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End (Sousou No Frieren)," which was released in 2023 and whose first season has 28 episodes.

When we think of the phrase "someone to love" some case of love probably comes to mind, but it is possible that "someone to love" is related to a lack of love. Perhaps that "someone" is the shadow that comes between the couple who started a love affair. Perhaps that "someone" appeared bringing a new air just at a time when the couple had fallen into routine and lit a jujube fire due to the mistaken enchantment of the forbidden.
