After spending more than a year on this blockchain, there's a lot to say. Even just some months into it, there was already much to share. From the learning, the exploring, the growth, the earnings, the engagement, the opportunity to meet new people; the experiences as a whole, it has been a wonderful since joining the blockchain. Thankfully, I had people who gave me guides, advices and the way to go about things. For one who grew fond of the blockchain, I had to go in more and see/know more. Beyond the things I knew while joining, exploring the blockchain gave me more insight. With the revealed knowledge from those who had been here and with the ones I got to know while here, I make sure to dish out as much as possible to any newbie I know that's joining.

My journey on Hive has seen growth when it comes to my writing skills. I've been writing a bit before getting into the blockchain. But after doing that, and with consistency through the prompts provided by the various communities, like this one, I know how much I've grown. Even though reading the works of other writers and writing always in this space. It was something about learning and also gaining new knowledge.

I've written on subjects I barely knew much about, but for the sake of these prompts, I had to conduct research, understand the subject, and write in my own words what the discourse required. The other part is the earnings from Hive. I must say this has been a great motivation, alongside aid and support to meet many of my needs. How the blockchain rewards me for what I'm barely recognised for is wonderful.

As mentioned earlier, I had a good basic knowledge of the blockchain when joining. Thanks to my friends and onboarder. In that regard, I'll also do good to let any newbie know some necessary tips as they arrive and explore the blockchain. One would be, to see Hive beyond a money-making platform, but to understand it as a global interconnection of individuals growing and connecting. Embedded Image

What should they do? Build connections and a network. This is a great strategy towards growth and performance on the blockchain. And one major way to go about this is engagement. This has helped me gain connections and friends here. It's what makes a Hiver easily noticeable and connected to others. A comment, an encouragement, a reblog does much for another Hiver, and there begins the connection.

There's also the need to find one's niche, be themselves there and staying consistent. It shouldn't necessarily be about being in a community, a space because many other users are there. What is your interest, and what is that thing you're good at that Hive accommodates and you can showcase? Hive has it all, if I may say so. Finding the right community, right place to display that skill or talent makes it worthwhile staying on Hive, and allows for better growth.

I can't fail to mention these important ones. For a newbie coming in, such a person should know much about the major things the Hive blockchain frowns at-plagiarism and use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) for creating content. As a space that encourages and rewards authenticity, they would know this first. Of course, I made sure anyone I knew, joining the Hive blockchain knows this well. As a start at least to their Hive journey, right before they even make a post.
