Early morning colors at the fort
Good Morning and have a great day
Asd I am typing this and looking out the window at snow falling, seeing these photos from warmer days is nice, especially since I prepared this draft we had a big storm come through sunday through monday and got about a foot of snow, and its bene a very cold spell, so I am for sure thinking warm
Sure snow can look beautiful, especially the first snow fall of the year, but as much as I used to love the changing seasons, each year as I get older, I seem to feel the cold more and like winter less
So let me share some shots from a visit to the Fort Tabor Park, here in New Bedford on a nicer day I often focus on the old Fort and or the beach when I share photos from my walks at the fort, but this is another spot I enjoy the view looking along the edge of this rock will and out across the water.
THis is not part of the Hurricane Barrier wall, its much shorter and more of a border wall on the edge of the island, not sure why but I always find rock walls interesting, whether ones like these on the coast, or the built up rock fences in some areas

THe Fort Tabor Beach is not a sandy beach but still beautiful and a popular spot in summer I mostly go there in the early morning, but I can tell how busy it was the previous day often by all the rubbish left behind, by the barbecue areas on th grassy spots and also on the beach, its not that hard to clean up after onself at public spots, but some just are to lazy to do so I guess
