This photo was taken when I stepped out of our door, when the sky had turned a deep, glowing orange.
The light was so strong that time, that it spilled onto everything around me.
Even my skin reflected the sunset's orange glow, which instantly made me reach for my phone.
I don't have a special camera, but the urge to preserve the moment was enough to press the shutter.
From where I stood, the trees covered most of their beauty.
But because I didn't want to miss it, I hurried upstairs, where the sunset could be seen without any disturbance.
Up there, the sky was so wide open.
With only my phone in hand, I tried capturing it the best way I could.
I adjusted the settings, chasing the colors before they faded.
And I think, this photo is the best my phone could give at the moment. 🫣
