Since I slept relatively poorly again the last two nights, my training readiness value was correspondingly low. Garmin has probably canceled yesterdays sprint session and scheduled a base session instead.
Before that, I was offered a 20-minute activation workout, which I of course also completed. Since I haven't done much strength training lately, it was a welcome change.
The base session on my smart trainer felt great, and I'm already looking forward to the next one.
