This episode deals with the early days of Eastern Championship Wrestling and its predecessor Tri-State Wrestling Alliance, run by Joel Goodheart. They also discuss Paul E. Dangerously joining the company as well as the breakout stars of ECW before it became Extreme Championship Wrestling such as Sabu, 911, and The Public Enemy. Sandman also talks about being paired with Woman (Nancy Sullivan) as his manager.
