This video features matches from ECW, then still Eastern Championship Wrestling, from 1992. The matches took place in Philadelphia at the Chestnut Cabaret on October 24, 1992 and the video was found on the "WRESTLING WAVE" YouTube channel.
The show was the 16th event in Eastern Championship Wrestling history, marking a time when most independent wrestling promotions in that era would have failed. Many of the names on this show were gone by the time when ECW became "Extreme" (August/September 1994), but a few on the card stayed into that era including:
Damien Stone (later to become Little Guido and Guido Maritato) JT Smith Peaches (later on as Lori Fullington) The Sandman (known as Mr. Sandman in Eastern Championship Wrestling) Tommy Cairo

The final match in this uploaded video is from August 12, 1992 (same venue) with Tony Stetson against Wildman Salvatore Bellomo in a lumberjack match. Mr. Sandman (in his surfer wetsuit attire!) joins the group of wrestlers who appear in the ring toward the end of the lumberjack match.
Near the very end of the video clip you see the early origins of what later became seen worldwide on the introduction of ECW's weekly TV show (Hardcore TV)... multiple chairs being tossed into the ring. And this match's referee, Jim Molineaux, was there for many of those incidents!
