They discuss Paul Heyman's vision of what he wanted the company to be, including the need to be original instead of copying another company.
They also discuss how Paul "opened the doors" for each wrestler to "go through" and then become more of what they wanted to be. They then discuss how Paul would add his own extra touches based on his thoughts on wrestling at the time as well as the specifics for the ECW crowds.
