Hola, compañeros de Hive, espero se encuentren bien. En esta ocasión vuelvo después de un mes más o menos de no haber publicado nada; para hoy quiero enseñarles un origami de papel que hice; elegí hacer una ranita de origami. Quise hacer esta vez un origami, ya que desde niño hacía cosas de origami con mi hermano menor y nos entretenía hacer cosas de origami.
El origami es el arte para crear con papel figuras que nos gusten. Desde un avión hasta un dragón, este tipo de arte proviene de Japón y gracias a este arte podemos hacer lo que más nos guste, poniendo así a prueba nuestra creatividad. A continuación, explicaré el paso a paso de mi ranita de origami.
Hello fellow Hive members, I hope you're all doing well. I'm back after about a month of not posting anything. Today I want to show you a paper origami I made; I chose to make an origami frog. I wanted to make origami this time because I used to do origami with my younger brother when I was a kid, and we enjoyed it.
Origami is the art of creating figures out of paper. From airplanes to dragons, this art form comes from Japan, and thanks to it, we can make whatever we like, putting our creativity to the test. Below, I'll explain the step-by-step process for making my origami frog.
Paso a paso/Step by step
Aquí, use una hoja blanca cuadrada de unos 15x15 cm; cabe resaltar que entre más grande la hoja, más grande será la ranita de origami.
Here, use a square white sheet of paper about 15x15 cm; it should be noted that the larger the sheet, the larger the origami frog will be.
Luego aquí comencé como tal a la creación de mi ranita de origami. Primero opté por llevar ambas esquinas del cuadrado hasta las otras esquinas, buscando que quedaran al mismo nivel sin que sobresaliera ni 1 poquito de papel. Luego de haber hecho eso, doblé un lado de la hoja para que pareciera un triángulo rectángulo y me fijé que no sobresaliera nada de hoja para que quedara bien. Hice lo mismo, pero para el otro lado, y luego volteé la hoja e hice lo mismo; con esto logré hacer una X en la parte superior e inferior de la hoja.
Then I began creating my origami frog. First, I folded both corners of the square to meet the other corners, making sure they were flush and that no paper was sticking out. After doing that, I folded one side of the sheet to make it look like a right triangle, making sure no paper was sticking out so it would look neat. I did the same for the other side, then turned the sheet over and did the same; this created an X at the top and bottom of the sheet.
Aquí, las X que hicimos anteriormente con los triángulos rectángulos nos ayudarán a hacer un triángulo, como ven en las imágenes de arriba, con ayuda de nuestros dedos lograremos fácilmente hacer dicho triangulo.
Here, the Xs we made earlier with the right triangles will help us make a triangle, as you can see in the images above. With the help of our fingers, we will easily be able to make this triangle.
Luego hacemos el mismo triángulo, pero en la parte inferior. Hecho lo anterior, vamos a mover las 2 esquinas inferiores del triángulo superior para llevarlas hasta arriba; lo mismo es para el triángulo inferior. Cuando hagamos eso, vamos a hacer un dobles en el cual moveremos esos pequeños triángulos para que encajen las líneas y sobresalgan. Todo ese proceso se hará de igual manera en la parte del triángulo inferior; con esto lograríamos conseguir que por lo menos parezcan patitas. Aquí ya vemos algún parecido con lo que seria la rana de la imagen de presentación.
Next, we make the same triangle, but at the bottom. Once that's done, we'll move the two bottom corners of the top triangle to the top; we'll do the same for the bottom triangle. After that, we'll make a fold, moving those small triangles so the lines align and protrude. We'll repeat this process for the bottom triangle as well; this will give them the appearance of little legs. Here we can already see some resemblance to the frog in the presentation image.
Aquí, lo que haremos es voltear nuestra ranita de origami para que a continuación pueda hacer un doblez en la parte inferior; dicho doblez debe llegar hasta que la punta llegue al medio del cuerpo de lo que sería la ranita. A su vez, haremos otros 2 dobleces que serán de ambos lados; estos deben llegar hasta la mitad del anterior doblez, tomando como referencia la punta del doblez de la parte inferior de la rana, para que estén ambos lados parejos sin que uno tome más lado que el otro.
Luego de eso, debemos doblar la parte inferior de la ranita hasta que calcen o medio lleguen las patitas inferiores hasta las superiores para así poder hacer otro doblez que les diré a continuación.
Here, we'll turn our origami frog over so we can make a fold along the bottom. This fold should extend until the point reaches the middle of the frog's body. Then, we'll make two more folds on either side. These should extend to the midpoint of the previous fold, using the point of the bottom fold as a guide, so that both sides are even and neither is longer than the other.
After that, we need to fold the bottom of the frog until the lower legs almost touch the upper legs. This will allow us to make another fold, which I'll explain next.
Luego quedaría aquí hacer otro doblez en esa parte inferior doblada; doblaremos eso hasta la mitad y hasta ahí terminaríamos la ranita de origami. Fue divertido hacer algo de origami después de muchos años y me gustó mucho la idea para traerla aquí y compartirla con ustedes. No lo pinte, pero ustedes pueden pintarlo como más les guste.
Next, we'll make another fold in that bottom folded part; we'll fold that in half, and that's how we finish the origami frog. It was fun to do some origami after many years, and I really liked the idea and wanted to share it with you. I didn't paint it, but you can paint it however you like.
