Hello to all my Hive friends... 🐱
Today I am with you again to show you my art, I love every week to go through this wonderful world of magic, color, and lots of Splinterlands characters to look for new elements or characters to build different crafts such as jewelry, accessories, 3D figures and other things that motivate me, inspire me and activate my creativity and thus be able to create for you.
A few days ago, I saw that the Splinterlands community is preparing an event for the upcoming Valentine's Day called Amorendel. They are going to set up beautiful decorated stages alluding to this date of love, and some characters and cards will come with very beautiful Valentine's Day outfits. I am eager to see them to see what I can give them by creating with my art. I also saw a beautiful character that was implied in the post, and today I wanted to do something with an element of it. I bring you some earrings hanging from the love letters that are present in the character's wardrobe. I made this piece using cardboard and combining the quilling technique.

Hola a toda mi gente de Hive... 🐱
Hoy estoy con ustedes nuevamente para mostrarles mi arte, me encanta semana a semana pasar por ese maravilloso mundo de magia, color, y muchísimos personajes de Splinterlands para buscar nuevos elementos o personajes para construir diversas manualidades bien sean bisutería, accesorios, figuras en 3D entre otras cosas que me motiven, inspiren y activen mi creatividad y de esa manera poder crear para ustedes.
Hace pocos días vi que la comunidad splinterlands está preparando un evento para el venidero San Valentín llamado Amorendel, van a colocar bonitos escenarios adornados alusivos a esta fecha del amor, vendrán algunos personajes y cartas donde habrán atuendos muy bonitos de San Valentín, estoy ansiosa por verlos para ver qué puedo regalarle creando con mi arte, de igual manera vi un bello personaje que estaba implícito en el post y para hoy quise hacer algo con un elemento del mismo, les traigo unos zarcillos colgantes de las cartas de amor que están presentes en el vestuario del personaje, lleve a cabo este trabajo en cartonaje combinando la técnica de quilling.

• Cintas para quilling. • Aguja para quilling. • Cartulinas. • Guillotina de cortar papel. • Pintura metalizada color perlada. • Bases para zarcillos colgantes. • Argollas de bisutería. • Cristal checo. • Cristales de bisutería. • Pega blanca extra fuerte (de carpintería). • Pincel. • Tijera.
- Ribbons for quilling.
- Needle for quilling.
- Template for molding circles.
- Cardboards.
- Paper cutting guillotine.
- Pearlescent metallic paint.
- Template to mold circles.
- Extra strong white glue (carpentry glue).
- Brush.
- Scissors.
• To start making the envelopes, I took some white cardstock, a fairly long strip, calculated the measurements I needed, and made several folds, applying extra-strong white glue to make a thick, uniform piece. I let it dry thoroughly.
• I applied several coats of pearl-colored cold paint to give it a metallic white tone.
• Para comenzar a realizar los sobres tomé cartulina de color blanco, una tira un tanto larga, procedi a calcular la medida con la cual iba a realizar los mismos y realicé varios dobleces aplicando pega blanca extra fuerte para hacer una pieza gruesa y uniforme. Deje secar muy bien.
• Aplique varias capas de pintura al frío color perlada para darle una tonalidad blanca metalizada.

• I took a 3mm wide pink ribbon, glued it along the edges and in the middle to make the shape of the envelope.
• With fuchsia ribbon, I made two small open circles, rolled each of the ribbons with the needle until I finished with it, removed it from the needle, loosened it a little, and sealed it with extra-strong white glue. I molded these two circles into a heart shape.
• I took the two hearts and glued them in the middle of the envelope.
• Tomé una cinta de color rosado de 3mm de ancho, pegué en los bordes y en el medio para hacer la forma del sobre.
• Con cinta de color fucsia, realicé dos círculos abiertos pequeños, enrolle cada una de las cintas con la aguja hasta finalizar con la misma, saqué de la aguja solté un poco, y sellé con pega blanca extra fuerte, estos dos círculos los moldee en forma de corazón.
• Tomé los dos corazones y los pegué en el medio del sobre.

• I took a jewelry ring and placed it on each side of my envelopes, then proceeded to attach the bases for dangling earrings, to which I added a clear Czech crystal to give the pair of earrings more elegance and visual appeal.
• Finally, to protect, laminate, and harden my earrings, I applied several layers of extra-strong white glue, allowing each layer to dry between applications.
• And so, we have finished this pair of dangling earrings that I made inspired by the upcoming Valentine's Day in Splinterlands, creating envelopes decorated with a heart using the cartonage and quilling techniques.
• Tome una argolla de bisutería y la coloqué en cada lado de mis sobres, así mismo procedí a colocarlo las bases para zarcillos colgantes a las que les incorpore un cristal transparente checo para darle más elegancia y vistosidad al par de aretes.
• Para finalizar, proteger, plastificar y endurecer mis aretes, les aplique varias capas de pega blanca extra fuerte dejando secar entre una capa y otra.
• De esta manera tenemos listo este par de zarcillos colgantes que realicé inspirada en el próximo San Valentín de splinterlands, creando unos sobres decorados con un corazón en la técnica de cartonaje y quilling.
