Hello everyone and welcome back to hive Ghana community,my name is @quin.lizzy and today I will be writing about the topic"kindness"
This topic is indeed broad and means different things to different people but to me kindness is a show of love,you cannot be kind to something except you value and love that thing or person.
Coming back to the topic,we always try to show people around us kindness neglecting ourselves must at times, forgetting that we need that kindness for us to keep on moving and growing.
We keep on going hard on ourselves because there is a lot to cover and meet up, forgetting that if we keep being tough we will break down and that we make us slow down on our goals.We sometimes just need that kindness,that calmness,that gentleness in our life so that we can strive more and better.
Indeed, we owe our self every kindness and happiness we can get in this world of ours,no matter how small it might be,we should be able to give that to ourselves cause no body will be able to do that for us,we alone can do that better.
Must people expect happiness from others that's why so many times we get disappointed and we make ourselves suffer more cause we get hurt at last.
To me even when times are tough,I try my best to go easy on myself,even though I fail to achieve a particular goal or target.I stop to appreciate myself and say a big thank you to my self for the ability and success even if I don't meet up.
To be kinder to myself,I have decided not to stress myself with so many goals or so many people's problems.Am trying to focus more on me and more on my plans.I always put people first that even if am hurt I hide my pain and figure out others people problem first forgetting the need to go easy on myself.
To be kinder to myself,I will try to have fun even with hardship,try to smile and be happy with every little possibility.I won't starve myself cause am in pain but try my best to be happy.We can only give what we have,if we are not easy with the way we deal with ourselves then how can we go easy on others?
