the year just started and a lot of persons are going hard on themselves with lots of expectations and high end resolution, thriving so hard to get things done, but hey can you slow it down a bit.
i was in this shoe, I've been up and running from day one, because I don't want to give any chance to laziness and whatever lapses, I have a lot of result I want to achieve, I need speed to cover up for last year and every other years before that.

I would stay up late at night and wake up so early and this was really disturbing my body mechanism, I know I needed rest and good sleep then also I had a lot on my table that I must get done and on time, so striking a balance between both ends was becoming a problem for me, I don't want to be lazy I don't have time I need speed to cover up also at the same time I need rest and good sleep so how can I be kind to myself in this case...
this is actually a language we don't understand, we feel kindness is something we show towards others alone but through @hiveghana prompt we are asked how can you show kindness to your own self
been kind to yourself could means a lot of things in many ways to different folks personally I feel kindness towards oneself is first and foremost SELF-LOVE, I discover this last year that it's very necessary we love ourselves more it's not selfishness it's a fact, you have to intentionally put yourself first, because people can forget in a heart beat all the good things you do, interchanging it for any slitest mistake on your path,
in as much as you feel a wave of sympathy towards others, to help out to provide to be there to show up don't forget yourself in the picture factor yourself in and think of you first, it could be your safety, health, future plans goals and prospect.
secondly consider your inner peace, be kind to yourself don't joke with your peace of mind this year, a lot of us have gone out of our way to do certain things for some people or we have taken certain decisions and choices that have kept us stuck and rooted in a spot, that's why this year I'm coming to remind you to be kind to yourself consider your peace of mind before making that decision or that choices, don't be Influenced by any body to do what you're not suppose to do, don't be in a rush to impress anybody, lookout for your wellbeing and stick to what matters most to you.
