Closest recent thread: @ahmadmanga speculates $HBD strength vs $HIVE may be weaker, affecting ratios (Feb 2).
Past pauses (eg BXT staking) were due to Hive node instability post-hard fork, halting scripts till stable.

Means that from now on, HIVE - HBD conversion on the posts rewards will reduce linearly if the debt keeps increasing up to 30%, where HBD printing will be halted (everywhere).Correction, printing of HBD is halted because the stop percentage is still set to 20% since 2021.
