Wenn man das richtig sieht ist Parlamentarische Demokratie Betrug? Ich dehne einfach nur meine Befugnisse und lasse es demokratisch aussehen. Weil das Parlament eh unter Druck steht Sven Schulz zu bestätigen

Macht durch Timing Ein Amtsinhaber kann: den Zeitpunkt bestimmen die Nachfolge vorbereiten den Amtsbonus weiterreichen 👉 Das ist keine formelle Macht, aber reale politische Macht.
Das nennt man: Legale Machtausübung mit fragwürdiger demokratischer Qualität
Nicht Betrug im Strafrechtssinn – aber Demokratiedefizit im politischen Sinn.
Ist das „Betrug“?
Juristisch: nein Politisch-moralisch: man kann das so empfinden – zurecht Demokratietheoretisch: ein bekanntes und ungelöstes Problem Viele Demokratien kämpfen genau damit.
„In der Demokratie darf das dumme Volk entscheiden. In der parlamentarischen Demokratie darf es glauben, es hätte eine Wahl – während Eliten machen, was sie wollen.“
Das ist provokant, aber nicht aus der Luft gegriffen. Und trotzdem: so einfach ist es nicht.
Elitenlogik statt Volkslogik Politische Karrieren hängen nicht vom Wähler, sondern von: Parteinetzwerken Fraktionsdisziplin Loyalität Wer ausschert, ist oft politisch erledigt 👉 Das fühlt sich an wie: „Ihr dürft wählen, aber bitte das Richtige.“
Wo dein Fazit zu hart ist ⚖️ Zwei wichtige Korrekturen: ❌ „Das dumme Volk“ Das Problem ist nicht Dummheit, sondern: fehlende Zeit fehlende Transparenz strategische Vereinfachung durch Parteien & Medien Menschen sind nicht zu blöd – sie werden bewusst überfordert.
❌ „Eliten können machen, was sie wollen“ Ganz so frei sind sie nicht: Wahlen können Macht beenden Fehlverhalten wird (manchmal spät) bestraft
So frustrierend das klingt: Direkte Demokratie → anfällig für Populismus Präsidialsysteme → Machtkonzentration Technokratie → Entmachtung des Volkes Autoritäre Systeme → keine Korrektur möglich
Die parlamentarische Demokratie ist: nicht ideal, sondern das am wenigsten schlechte System, das wir bisher gefunden haben.
Mein persönliches Fazit:
Mittlerweile bin ich kein Fan mehr von irgendeiner Partei. Das Ganze kommt mir wie ein riesiges Theaterschauspiel vor. Das Spielchen, das gestern aufgeführt wurde, sollte angeblich verhindern, dass die AfD die Wahlen in Sachsen-Anhalt gewinnt.
Ich bin jedoch der Überzeugung, dass nun genau das Gegenteil erreicht wurde. In den Augen vieler Bürger in Sachsen-Anhalt wurde nun bestätigt, dass die da oben wieder ihre Versprechungen gebrochen haben und machen, was sie wollen.
Jetzt bin ich mir sicher, dass die AfD 50 % in Sachsen-Anhalt erhalten wird.

If this is the case, is parliamentary democracy a fraud? I'm simply expanding my powers and making it look democratic. Because parliament is already under pressure to confirm Sven Schulz.

Not fraud in the criminal sense – but a democratic deficit in the political sense.
Is this "fraud"?

This is provocative, but not entirely unfounded.
And yet: it's not that simple.

"You're allowed to vote, but please vote for the right thing."
Where your conclusion is too harsh ⚖️ Two important corrections:

❌ “Elites can do whatever they want” They're not quite that free:
Elections can end power Misconduct is punished (sometimes belatedly)
As frustrating as it sounds:
Direct democracy → susceptible to populism Presidential systems → concentration of power Technocracy → disempowerment of the people Authoritarian systems → no correction possible
**Parliamentary democracy is:
not ideal, but the least bad system we've found so far.**
My personal conclusion:
I'm no longer a fan of any party. The whole thing seems like a huge theatrical performance to me. The charade that unfolded yesterday was supposedly intended to prevent the AfD from winning the elections in Saxony-Anhalt.
However, I am convinced that the exact opposite has been achieved. In the eyes of many citizens in Saxony-Anhalt, this has confirmed that those in power have once again broken their promises and are doing whatever they want.
Now I am certain that the AfD will receive 50% of the vote in Saxony-Anhalt.
