My aim today is to illustrate a pending business condition that I am working my way to resolve. This fact is what I can't deny; ‘WE HAVE TO GO BIG’. We have been surviving for some years NOW and it is high time we mount up.
source My focus is not just to generate profit but rather, better profit. When I say I hate work, don't think I am joking, don't think I am lazy, I am trying to be realistic so that my true potentials can birth forth. I am meant to create jobs and no matter how I TRY to shrink into the working force, it is not the needed solution. When I say I don't need to work, don't think I am being proud, NO. My destiny hangs on how much time I can salvage for efficient use.

Ok, let me not go too much into that. Turning my focus into my entrepreneurial Journey. The fact is, I cannot grow a brand alone. I know, on the one hand it carries risk. humans can be very frightening and I have had some experiences that I should look back on. Nevertheless, I will need them. This is not ignorance but your greatest earthly assets are humans.

This is the ‘on the other hand’ which carries advantages. What makes Elon Musk rich, how about Charles Zuckerberg and the like? The answer is very simple, humans. No matter the depth of knowledge and insight, one will need to put up a team that aids in execution. A brand is not a hideout, people put heads together to build. If you are a visioneer, beware of greed. The excuses that humans are not worth trusted won't solve your problem.

Its wellbeing is solely dependent on the workforce. If the working force collapses, it entirely ceases her existence. She knows this and she makes sure to produce enough eggs (standards) that will raise every sector needed to keep her personal business going.

On the other hand, every ant that makes up the colony is in alignment; we are talking of the right people here. People must be able to share into your vision, there is no denying this. If you want freedom, focus on standards.
