Color experiment

Buenas noches a todos espero que estén bien. Por mi parte me he sentido un poco mejor y decidí hoy hacer un dibujo rápido y sencillo pero que a la vez seria un reto para mi por los colores que utilizaría, no es la primera vez que uso este tipo de paleta de color pero siempre que lo hago me pone bastante nerviosa pensar que quizás coloque algún color en un lugar donde termine afectando el resultado final y eso me estresa bastante, en fin… Sinceramente me gusto bastante como quedo sobre todo la pupila (es primera vez que hago una pupila de otro color) la forma del ojo me encanta y tambien los matices rojizos. Espero que les guste.

For my part, I have been feeling a little better and decided today to do a quick and simple drawing, but one that would also be a challenge for me because of the colors I would use. It is not the first time I have used this type of color palette, but whenever I do, it makes me quite nervous to think that I might put a color in a place where it ends up affecting the final result, and that stresses me out quite a bit. Anyway... Honestly, I really like how it turned out, especially the pupil (it's the first time I've done a pupil in a different color). I love the shape of the eye and the reddish hues. I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realice mi boceto y comencé a pintar la piel con tonos rosas en su mayoría saturados y pasteles, tambien use rojos y verde pastel muy ligero para las iluminaciones más pronunciadas. En otra capa añadí más colores dándole la forma por completo al rostro y luego comencé a mezclar los colores usando un pincel duro para mantener un poco de textura.

I made my sketch and began painting the skin with mostly saturated and pastel pink tones. I also used reds and very light pastel green for the most pronounced highlights. In another layer, I added more colors, giving the face its complete shape, and then I began to blend the colors using a hard brush to maintain a little textura.

Luego pinte las cejas y pestañas usado marrones claros, esta parte me costó muchísimo ya que el 98% de las veces hago las pestañas negras sin importar que, pero la paleta de colores que estaba usando ameritaba usar marrones claros e incluso me atrevo a decir que use un marrón muy oscuro para lo que realmente debí usar. Como siempre agregue profundidad alrededor de los ojos usando tonos rojizos oscuros y finalice resaltando las iluminaciones de los labios, nariz y ojos.

Then paint the eyebrows and eyelashes using light browns. This part was very difficult for me, as 98% of the time I make the eyelashes black no matter what, but the color palette I was using called for light browns, and I would even dare to say that I used a very dark brown for what I really should have used. As always, I added depth around the eyes using dark reddish tones and finished by highlighting the lips, nose, and eyes.
