Monomad: A feline gaze [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Personally, I think cats have the most striking eyes of any animal, so when I'm walking down the street and I come across a cat that pays attention to me and lets me take some photos, I try to highlight its eyes, especially when they stand out on their own without much effort.

Personalmente considero que los felinos son los animales que tienen una mirada más llamativa de todos, por eso cuando ando en la calle y me cruzo con algún gato al que me presta atención y me deja hacerle unas fotos, intento destacar su mirada y más cuando estos por si solos destacan sin mucho trabajo.

I came across this cat while walking near a church. At first, I thought about walking on by, because I didn't want people to think I was weird for taking pictures there, but after a couple of seconds, I decided I didn't care. After all, I just wanted to capture the gaze of this feline friend.

Este gato me lo crucé mientras caminaba cerca de una iglesia, al principio pensé en seguir de largo, porque no quería que me vieran raro por estar haciendo fotografías allí, pero luego de un par de segundos dije que no me importaba, a fin de cuentas, solo quería capturar la mirada de este amigo felino.

At first, the cat looked at me for a couple of seconds and then turned its gaze to all the places where the noise was coming from, so on several occasions I had to make a sound to get its attention. That's how I got it to look directly in my direction and managed to capture those expressive eyes of its.

Al principio el gato me veía por un par de segundos y luego dirigía su mirada a todos los lugares de dónde venía el ruido, por lo que en varias ocasiones tuve que hacer algún sonido que captara su atención y así fue como conseguí que mirara directamente en mi dirección y logré capturar esos ojos tan expresivos que tiene.
