Today I want to share a fact of my entrepreneurship related to my academy/junior Futsal training sports team, the Unión Atlética Vinotinto Academy.
It is about the distribution or really as it should be said, the delegation of work.
The beginning of the academy was together with my friend and partner @vandres where our functions were in a certain sense well delimited but nevertheless sometimes it was my turn to do a little of his work and sometimes it was his turn to cover my position.
As time passed, the challenges came and at the same time difficulties, at some point in the history of the UAV (Unión Atlética Vinotinto) @vandres decided to take a step aside but without leaving completely for issues really related to the profitability of the project, at the beginning we did not have 100 boys, several categories, different tournaments, no, at the beginning we had two very specific categories (major category) that included boys from 12 to 16 years and (minor category) that included boys from five to 11 years. With which really at the level of economic income and the time and dedication that should have been dedicated to him in the case of my partner @vandres at a certain moment did not pay off in such a way that I had to take the academy individually, however as I have said the changes came, the growth and therefore a greater workload and in turn also a better income stream for the organization, with which at that point I decide to ask the support of the oldest player for that moment, it was about @josealjorna who by the time the approach was made to him I noticed that he was already he came of age in such a way that he was at a good time to assume new responsibilities, as they say over there, to have his "first job" And so it was, our friend José started as an assistant coach, adding experience and learning from me about how to plan training, help with sports issues and the treatment of the boys during practices, finally José ended up becoming a great assistant and collaborator. It followed our growth and it was time to decide to separate and subdivide several categories as the traditional football schools of the country do, that is, u8, u10, u12, u14, u16, u18 then u20, Free Category and even women's category.
In order to attend to is the wave of guys and girls I got @vandres return on plan stellar as second-in-command, delegating and functions of leadership and important decisions for the common good of the academy, since at this point the decisions are not authoritative on my part now by obligation, I seek to always consult with @vandres home and if necessary after consultation with the whole group, a group that was growing according to the needs, touched hire new coaches, the prof Ruben who for this month touched him to withdraw from the academy after finishing your cycle with us and grow within the team as an excellent teacher and a great professional, we also have the friend Bratny.
a girl that comes from the female category, the founder of that category who offered to collaborate and help in one of the most important categories of the academy, the sub8 which works and trains the boys of 5-6, and up to 7 years, a more complicated job than it looks, and which he supplemented with @josealjorna who with his experience already acquired after working elbow to elbow with me because it can help you to the maximum to Bratny, a young man with a lot of talent, then we have the friend Angel Gabriel
A friend that I know since I was very small, which played also as a representative of a boy of the sub8 but at the same time has had experiences as coach of categories under a football team highlight of the area of Caracas; Which serves as a support for the team.
