Prompt: Hug Scene

This is my drawing for day 29 of the justdraw challenge. The prompt today is hug scene. I am not confident to depict a seemingly simple prompt but this one has a specific gesture of hugging. I am not quite good at drawing gestures but I did this cute little moment with a big round white creature that looks like a bunny with tiny red ears giving a big warm hug to a smaller version of itself. The big one has those little red ears/horns, blue eyebrows, sleepy happy eyes, a small smile, and he is wearing this uniform with a nice yellow collar around his neck plus a green sleeve to depict the act of a hug. I gave him a brown body and arms, and he is gently hugging the other character from the side with one big paw around him. The little one is all light gray with pointy ears, same blue eyebrows, closed happy eyes, and a tiny smile, just leaning in and looking super content in the hug. Everything on a plain black background so they really pop and it feels cozy and sweet. I wanted it simple and heartwarming, like a quick feel good hug between buddies. Thought round shapes and basic colors would make it fast and easy. Getting the hug to look natural instead of awkward is a bit of a challenge. Looking at it now the arm is looking a bit stiff and too long. The expressions were tricky too; if the eyes were too open they looked surprised, too closed and sleepy in a bad way. Even matching the little eyebrows on both so they look like they belong together was a bit of a challenge. I tried making sure the collar and arm colors didn't clash with everything. Anyway, here they are, just a pure wholesome hug on a dark night. What do you think? Makes you go "aww" or needs more squish?
