Yes, poker has always been a tough business and has probably become even tougher. In my opinion, the most important thing is to have a good mindset so that you can cope with the constant ups and downs.
One of the best poker books I've read was one that had nothing to do with the actual game, but I think “The Poker Mindset” was the most important “poker book” I've read; it helped me a lot back then.
Things are currently looking up for me, but I know that tomorrow they could take a sharp turn for the worse. All the best for the upcoming tournaments.
