Season finale: Shopping at the Glint store and CA packs. (Eng/Esp).

Hello, my dear fellow Praetorians.

As the season comes to a close, I want to tell you how I did in Modern, what I bought at Gwen's Glint Shop, my CA starter pack opening, and a special opening of a standard pack.

This season I pushed myself a little harder; I had been so focused on the Frontier format that I neglected my Modern battles. My record this season was reaching Silver II, and I maintained a good win ratio. I'm starting this season in the Bronze II league, and I'm going for my position in the Silver league again.

After a long time, I'm earning a good amount of Glint again. It's perfect timing, because I want to buy some of the Amorendel “Sweetheart” skins, starting with Kaylia and Buttercup.

Apart from the skins, I wanted to try my luck with 30 minor chests, and this is what I got.

The latest purchases in the store were for the common and rare draws. I'm looking to level these up a bit, and then move on to the epic and legendary ones.

With the copies I got, I can level up: Ironwing Juggernaut to level three. Oshannus Unmade to level three. Grim Bonewhip to level three. Careless Badger to level two.

Every season I buy starter packs or some cards on the market. This time, I only bought two starter packs from the Conclave Arcana core set; I thought about saving some money to buy a few packs from the Escalation mini-set.

The archon I encounter most often is the one associated with death, hahaha. Should I configure my avatar in relation to this element? Hahaha.

A few days ago, I happened to participate in a Twitter post (X) introducing one of the new warriors from the Escalation mini-set. All I had to do was share the post and comment on the warrior's possible stats. Haha, I jumped in and said it was the following:

• An epic Leonine with ranged attack. Attack 3. Armor 5. Health 8. Speed 3. Abilities: Close Range, Repair, and Headwinds.

I got the lineage, attack type, armor, speed, and one of the abilities right.

Thanks to that, I got lucky and received a notification that I had won a CA standard pack.

Since it was a pack I won, I decided to use several potions and take advantage of the lucky bug I had, hahaha.

Although I wasn't very lucky with this pack, these units are welcome additions. They will help me grow my deck.

The copies I earned this time allow me to level up to:

Thunderous Herald, advancing to level three.

• I liked the skins they released this season; Kaylia and Buttercup look great. I'd like to buy the Jicarilla the Rime skin, it has a very nice design (but I don't have it in my deck, I just rent it 😅; for the price it costs, I'll buy an archon 😅). I hope they continue to release beautiful and eye-catching skins like they have been doing.

• For the past two seasons, I've been renting legendary archons; I wanted to get some experience with them to decide whether to purchase one in the future. Now I'm wondering whether to continue upgrading my Archons (purchasing a gold version; they're reasonably priced) or buy one of these legendary ones. For the time being, I'll continue renting the legendary Archons and wait for the new mini-set to come out to see how the market behaves; from what I've seen, there are several interesting units in the mini-set that I'd like to add to my deck.

• This year, I will continue building my CA deck with the goal of reaching Silver I and, if possible, Gold. I want to reach that level with my own deck, relying as little as possible on renting units. In the past, I depended heavily on rentals to reach Gold, and I don't want that now.

Al finalizar la temporada, quiero contarles cómo me fue en Moderno, qué compré en la Gwen’s Glint Shop, mi apertura de CA starter packs y una apertura especial de un pack standard.

Esta temporada me esforcé un poco más; había estado tan enfocado solo en el formato Frontier que descuidaba mis batallas en moderno. Mi récord de esta temporada fue llegar hasta Plata II y mantuve un buen ratio de victorias. Mi inicio de esta temporada es en la liga Bronce II y voy de nuevo por mi posición en la liga Plata.

Después de mucho tiempo, vuelvo a ganar una buena cantidad de Glint. Un buen momento, porque quiero comprar algunas de las skins de Amorendel “Sweetheart”, por ahora la de Kaylia y Buttercup.

Aparte de las skins, quise probar suerte con 30 cofres menores y esto conseguí.

Las últimas compras en la tienda fueron para el sorteo común y raro. Busco subir el nivel de estas un poco, para luego ya seguir con las épicas y legendarias.

Con las copias que conseguí puedo subir el nivel a: Ironwing Juggernaut al nivel tres. Oshannus Unmade al nivel tres. Grim Bonewhip al nivel tres. Careless Badger al nivel dos.

Cada temporada estoy comprando packs starter o alguna carta en el mercado. En esta ocasión, compró solo dos starter packs del set Conclave Arcana set core; consideró ir guardando algo para comprar unos packs del mini-set Escalation.

El arconte que más me encuentro es el del elemento muerte, jajajaja. ¿Será que debo configurar mi avatar en relación a este elemento? Jajaja.

Hace unos días participé por casualidad en una publicación de Twitter (X), donde presentaban a uno de los nuevos guerreros del mini-set Escalation. Solo tenía que compartir la publicación y comentar los posibles datos del guerrero. Jaja, yo me lancé a decir que era lo siguiente:

• Un Leonine épico con ataque a distancia. Ataque 3. Armadura 5. Salud 8. Velocidad 3. Habilidades: Close Range, Repair, and Headwinds.

Acerté en el linaje, el tipo de ataque, la armadura, la velocidad y una de las habilidades.

Gracias a eso tuve la suerte y me llegó notificación de que había ganado CA pack standard.

Al ser un pack que me gané, decidí usar varias pociones y aprovechar el bug de suerte que había tenido, jajaja.

Aunque no tuve mucha suerte con este pack, son bien recibidas estas unidades. Me ayudarán al crecimiento de mi mazo.

Las copias que ganó sumo en esta ocasión, me permiten subir el nivel a:

Thunderous Herald pasando al nivel tres.

• Me gustaron las skins que sacaron en esta temporada; Kaylia y Buttercup se ven muy bien. Me gustaría comprar la de Jicarilla the Rime, tiene un diseño muy bonito (pero no la tengo en mi mazo, solo la rento 😅; por el precio que está, me compro un arconte 😅). Espero que sigan sacando skins bonitas y llamativas como las han estado entregando.

• Durante las últimas dos temporadas he estado rentando los arcontes legendarios; quería tener un poco de experiencia con ellos para decidirme si adquirir uno en el futuro. Ahora tengo la duda de si seguir mejorando el nivel de mis arcontes (adquirir una versión dorada; están a un buen precio) o comprar uno de estos legendarios. Por el momento, seguiré rentando los arcontes legendarios y esperaré a que salga el nuevo mini-set para ver qué tal se comporta el mercado; según lo que he visto, hay varias unidades interesantes del mini-set que me gustaría sumar a mi mazo.

• Este año seguiré construyendo mi mazo CA con el objetivo de llegar a tener el poder de sostenerme en la Liga Plata I y, si se puede, llegar hasta Oro. Quiero llegar hasta ese nivel con un mazo propio, que dependa lo mínimo de rentar alguna unidad; en el pasado dependía mucho de las rentas para llegar hasta Oro y no quiero eso ahora.
