The Clover Farmer - Holozing FanArt [ENG/ESP]

Hello friends and hello Holozing community, I hope you’re having a lovely day. I’m back again this week with a new fan art, and the truth is I’m obsessed with the Forest Healers. I think they’re the best characters in the entire Holozing universe, and I feel very connected to them. Today I wanted to create a new fan art based on the Healers, with the protagonist being this small and kawaii Forest Healer who dedicates himself to caring for clovers and making them grow beautifully. I hope you enjoy my fan art as much as I enjoyed drawing it, and I also shared part of the process on Waves and Snaps.

Hola amigos y hola comunidad de Holozing, espero que tengan un lindo día. Regreso nuevamente esta semana con un nuevo fan art, y es que estoy obsesionado con los Forest Healer; creo que son los mejores personajes de todo el universo de Holozing y me siento muy identificado con ellos. Hoy quise hacer un nuevo fan art basado en los Healer, cuyo protagonista es este pequeño y kawaii Forest Healer que se dedica a cuidar tréboles y hacer que crezcan bonitos. Espero que les guste mucho mi fan art, yo me divertí mucho dibujándolo y estuve en Waves y Snaps compartiendo un poco del proceso.

I’ll start by sharing a small animation of my creative process in GIF format, I hope you like it.

I had the sketch of this Forest Healer for a while, which I had started with a simple chibi base, but I had never decided to give it color and finish it completely. So I opened my Ibis Paint and started drawing, but I changed so many things and added so many details that I ended up turning it into a gardener, and the result was a completely different sketch.

Tenía el boceto de este Forest Healer hace rato, que lo había comenzado con la base simple de chibi, pero nunca me había decidido a darle color y hacerlo completamente. Así que abrí mi Ibis Paint y me puse a dibujar, pero cambié tantas cosas y tantos detalles que terminé convirtiéndolo en jardinero, y el resultado fue un boceto totalmente diferente.

The next step was to lower the opacity of my sketch and work on the line art. For a while now I’ve been using black for my line art, but today, after finishing it, I decided that this one would be green. I also used large variations of lines, something I don’t do very often.

El siguiente paso fue bajar la opacidad de mi boceto y trabajar en el line art. Hace rato que llevo utilizando negro para mis lineart, pero hoy, después de tenerlo hecho, decidí que este sería verde. También utilicé enormes variaciones de líneas, algo que no hago muy a menudo.

After some time, and with the line art completed, I simply changed the color and now everything is ready to start coloring my Forest Healer.

Después de un tiempo y con el line art realizado, simplemente cambié el color y ya está todo listo para comenzar a colorear a mi Forest Healer.

To begin coloring, I decided to start with the hair, since it’s what stands out the most in the character due to its messy shape and green color. I added highlights and textures with lines, and I also made his tiara of branches and roots, something very characteristic of the Healers.

Para colorear decidí empezar por el cabello, ya que es lo que más destaca del personaje por su forma tan alborotada y su color verde. Le agregué brillos y texturas con líneas, y también le hice su tiara de ramas y raíces, algo muy característico de los Healers.

Afterwards, I set the character aside and began working on the clover and the flowerpot, which are the second focal point of my drawing.

Después dejé de lado al personaje y comencé con el trébol y la maceta, que es el segundo punto de atención de mi dibujo.

Next, I worked on the skin and added his rosy cheeks.

Seguido hice la piel y sus mejillas sonrosadas.

All that’s left is to color the clothing, which is very simple, and with that the whole character will be complete. I’ll also create a background and add, with predefined brushes, some four-pointed stars and clovers.

Solo queda colorear la ropa, que es muy simple, y ya tenemos todo el personaje. También haré un fondo y agregaré, con pinceles predefinidos, algunas estrellas de cuatro puntas y tréboles.
