¡Hola artesanos! 🧵🎨./Hello artisans! 🧵🎨
I hope you are having a beautiful and excellent weekend today. Thank God, I thank Him for allowing me to enjoy a new day and to continue doing and sharing with you what I love to do most: sewing and crafting projects.
To continue today I want to show you how I made this cute little blouse with an aesthetic style. I had a piece of fabric and I happened to see models on Pinterest to make this type of blouse with this same fabric that I had with a mushroom print, as I call it.

There's a lot of variety in this style of blouse on Pinterest, so I decided on this one, the one in the picture I've included here. It's a simple blouse with elastic at the waist and sleeves, and a pretty drawstring at the neck. This makes it a sophisticated, simple, and beautiful style, ideal for wearing to the beach or outdoors. I'd especially like to wear it in the afternoons.
I'd love for you to join me in making this beautiful Aestetic blouse ✨♥️ You'll really like how it turns out, and I encourage you to recycle those fabric scraps you have at home and put them to good use 🙃.

Paso 01
Step 01
We start by cutting the pieces. In this case, this model is a peasant-style cut at the shoulders, so we will cut the blouse halfway down the armhole with a "V" cut at the front where our drawstring will go. We will use the measurement of half of our armhole and cut the sleeves along it. We will cut two sleeves, then we cut the back piece, and of course the strap piece, 5 cm wide x 70 cm long.

Paso 02
Step 02
We will now sew the blouse. In this case, we will seal it along the sides. I have done it with an overlock stitch, then with a straight stitch. We will do the same with the sleeve. We sew each one on the part where we will seal it, and then place it at the armhole of the blouse. After sewing it, just as we did with the blouse, it is time to place it at the armhole.

Paso 03
Step 03
Before attaching the sleeves to the armhole, we will sew the edge of each one to be able to place the elastic. Then, if we take a pin and place the sleeves, we will sew along the entire edge and finish with a straight stitch.

Paso 04
Step 04
It's time to attach the elastic to the waistband. In this case, I used four strips, and since I couldn't find the thinnest elastic at the haberdashery, I cut it very thin and placed it on the inside of my fabric, leaving 5 cm of height. From there, I sewed the elastic to the sleeves. I left 1 cm of width at the top where the sleeve begins on the front of the blouse. Then, I sewed the drawstring to the blouse and sewed it at the front where it would be inserted. The idea is to create a pocket to insert the drawstring, and I sewed two seams on the sides. Finally, I sewed the bias tape to the neck opening, and that's it!
