Greetings everyone Thank you Reflections Community by @tarazkp. People's life journeys are different, some find it difficult to survive and some are given material ease so that every desire can be achieved.

On one of the pedestrian street of Malioboro street, Yogyakarta city, one of the busiest centers in Yogyakarta. The are seats along the street, at that time I sat on one of the iron seats.

After sitting for about 15 minutes, I Saw a women carrying her wares and walking and then stopping not far from where I was sitting. The elderly woman unloaded her wares on the sidewalk while observing the situation around her in case someone would buy her wares.

I tried to approach an old woman and I asked, what do you sell? The mother answered in a low tone. Maybe because she was tired, looking at her wares, the old women was selling snacks, fried peanuts, roasted peanuts, dry cakes.

Then I asked again, where are you from? The old women answered that they were from city of Bantul, oh far,the distance between them was about 11 kilometers. To reach Malioboro street the woman trader took a pedicab every day in the morning and went home in the evening by pedicab too.

The Snack vendor is around 80 years old, no longer young, however they remain enthusiastic in going through life. While they still have the strength, they don't ask their children for help. The struggle to survive for themselved, I bought a few bags of snacks.

The price was quite cheap, and then several people joined in buying their wares. That's a picture of someone's life in earning money, for some people it's not easy and requires hard work to survive. Thank you very much. Happy days.

I see quite a lot of elderly women in Yogyakarta selling things themselves in the informal sector. There are several factors, such as economic factors, being active in old age, a culture of independence. There's a Javanese saying "Ora obah ara mamah" which means if you don't move or work, you don't eat. God given blessings. Thank you @avataraang1. Have a great day.

The woman is so lucky. Reaching the age of 80 nowadays is almost impossible due to factors affecting our health and environment. May God continue to guide and protect her. 🙏
