Hello friends at the beehive ๐Ÿ˜

Good evening, foodies โค๏ธ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿš

After a few weeks of not cooking, today I'm back to share how to make a traditional village snack, which I call bala bala. Please correct the @foodiesbeehive community admin if you find any errors in this post ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

Okay, without further ado, let's list the ingredients first:

  1. 3 carrots

  2. 1 cabbage

  3. 2 corn kernels

  4. 250 grams of wheat flour

  5. 6 spring onions

  6. Roiko Seasoning

Next, let's explain how to make it one by one:

Cut all the ingredients: carrots, cabbage, corn, and spring onions into small pieces. For more details, see the photo below:

As a first attempt, I only used one carrot, one corn kernel, and three spring onions. Once everything is cut into small pieces, don't forget to wash it before mixing it with the flour. Oh, yes, I forgot, for the corn, use only yellow kernels.

Once all the small pieces are cleaned, we mix them with the flour. It's best to stir them with warm water to mix them faster and prevent them from sticking. For the seasoning, I prefer a handy kitchen seasoning called Roiko. Roiko is a handy kitchen seasoning that combines all the kitchen ingredients. Try stirring the ingredients mixed with the flour until it's slightly runny, but remember not to let it stick. For more details, see the photo below:

Then, once everything is ready, we cook it in a sufficient amount of oil. For the best flavor, cook it until it's crispy. The cooking method is as shown in the photo below: first heating it on the edge of the pan and then drizzling it with the hot oil.

Finally, you have bala bala, a simple, traditional village snack.

Good luck, everyone. For more details, let's chat in the comments section ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ
