MRP is usually translated as a Mechanical repair plant. I do not know where he was here before. The neighborhood is located on the same side of the Sukhona River as the center of Sokol, but stands on the very outskirts.
I passed through this neighborhood many times to different villages of the Sokolsky villages of the Kharovsky direction.
There is also a road through this area to Ustye, Kharovsk, Vozhega and even the Arkhangelsk region.
The Glushitsa River flows through the MRP and flows into the Sukhona. There are dugouts here.
In general, the neighborhood is visually familiar to me, but I haven't studied it in detail yet.
It would seem that the place should be interesting and cozy...
But among the apartment buildings, which are not very numerous here, everything is somehow ordinary.
Everything near the Glushitsa River has been and will remain a favorite place.
Everything else is interesting, but because of my high demands and expectations, it seemed a little boring.
In general, quite a lot of material about the snow-covered Sokol has already accumulated.
It's a good thing that I wasn't lazy and went to shoot night yards while there was snow on the trees.
And this time it was -20 degrees below zero!
If you look at these pictures as a memory of a walk, then the feelings are only positive.
I've seen these places in the summer...There are many swampy lowlands here.
It doesn't seem to me anymore, but I'm just sure that I chose the best time to shoot the yards of the Sokol town.
