Happy new day to us all, I hope that we had a blessed Monday and less of stress. It's a blessing to witness another day and we do not take this grace for granted. It is only a man that is alive and healthy that can pursue dreams or seek a career so being alive on a daily basis is a criteria for achieving our ambitions in life. Been healthy is an additional blessing as well.

Always remember that you have to eat good food with an addition of fruits to eat in order to be achieve maximum health. Adequate sleep and rest too is a criteria and it is always good to watch out for our health

For myself and family we try as much to grow the food we eat and then go further to grow some fruits and vegetables as well. Just yesterday while I was having some indigestion and stomach upset I didn't have to visit the hospital but to pluck some oranges in the compound and take a few. Within an hour the upset was resolved and I was able to use the convenience.

We have explored growing different kinds of fruits and vegetables. Oranges are available, bananas are here too and this year we have observed how garden eggs are grown. Except for this garden eggs, most fruits often come in the form of trees that take at least 3years upward before you can begin to see anything to harvest. So if you know that you want to consume some fruits in the coming future, the best time to plant them is now.

Little as garden eggs are, they are often grown to serve as food and for the preparation of various delicacies. Personally I have different dishes I make from garden eggs.

After about 4months of growing these, it is finally time for harvest. We were at the farm to irrigate the newly planted fluted pumpkins yesterday and decided to check on these as well. I had hoped that the sizes of the garden eggs will grow to be as big as the ones being sold at the market but that didn't seem to happen maybe because of the specie that this one belongs too. Rather than wasting more time waiting for these they would be harvested and sold at the market so that we can utilize the space to plant other crops before the raining seasons commences for planting grains. A little non-toxic pesticides was applied to keep away insect, pest and diseases as most vegetables and plant are prune to these diseases
