The Nigerian government, no matter how they maybe would come out and then once in a while roll a few programs to enable people have a soft landing , from the hardship in the land. Even though they can eliminate it from the root cause they allow the problem remain, and then provide it with a temporarily solution.
Life in a Nigerian University is really hard, and without a good sponsor or other side hustles you might be forced to drop out of school.
But it's still a testimony once most people finally graduate the institution.
Well most people have had the fortune of benefitting from things like the students loan, where they can receive support and help from the government to ease their educational journey and after graduation pay off the debt.
For one I think the student loan is interest free, and you get to pay after your graduation and your working and recieving a salary.
Most times these opportunities are never open to the general public showing how beneficial this government support can be, I instead a few persons would decide to withhold the funds for themselves and use these funds provided to make education easier on poor students.
It's the sad reality and everyone just shrugs and keeps it moving, but I do hope I get an approval and also receive a part of this educational support from the Nigerian government.
