Welcome to Hive Open Mic Week 303, and here is my entry for this edition. The theme for this week is children, and it reminds me strongly of what the Bible teaches about them. Recently, during our family devotion, we focused on children as a special gift from God. The Bible says that children are a heritage from the Lord, and blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. This shows that children are not a burden but a blessing. Children represent hope, joy, and the future. They come with innocence, love, and the ability to trust easily. God uses children to teach adults humility, faith, and dependence on Him. When we care for children, guide them, and teach them in the ways of the Lord, we are investing in a better tomorrow. Every child has value, purpose, and destiny given by God. Therefore, children should be loved, protected, and nurtured, because through them, God’s plans for the future continue.Jesus loves the little children.
lyrics
1 Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so. Little ones to him belong; they are weak, but he is strong. Refrain: Yes, Jesus loves me! Yes, Jesus loves me! Yes, Jesus loves me! The Bible tells me so. 2 Jesus loves me he who died heaven's gate to open wide. He will wash away my sin, let his little child come in. [Refrain] 3 Jesus loves me, this I know, as he loved so long ago, taking children on his knee, saying, "Let them come to me." [Refrain]
Thanks for watching.
