I’m starting to feel like we’re overpaying in HBD, especially via DHF proposals.

What puzzles me is that many projects don’t seem to adjust budgets to Hive’s price, even though we’re effectively paying similar (or more) dollar amounts as years ago. At the same time, AI and automation have massively reduced the effort needed for development, front ends, and coordination.

So two straight questions:

  1. Why aren’t things being delivered noticeably faster?
  2. Why aren’t DHF proposals being adjusted or shaved when there’s clearly less manual work to do?

If Hive is bleeding, adjustments shouldn’t fall only on users. DHF spending should adapt too.

Because most proposals are just used to drain and suck out value, nothing more.
