Colleagues, blessings, have a lovely morning everyone. To enjoy your coffee, I'm going to show you my drawing of the day. I made this one using the R610 Victorian Cello chart as inspiration. The Victorian Cello is a violin that predates the ones we have today. As its name suggests, it's from the Victorian era, so it's associated with great violin works and classical music. I would say it has a very sweet sound, and I think it's even somewhat distinctive compared to modern violins.

I often listen to classical music, quite a lot in fact. And I've heard several pieces created with the Victorian cello; it's truly relaxing. I'm going to share a video I often listen to that features this cello. You'll see how good it sounds. I usually use that video when I'm very stressed and need to relax a bit. Even when I have a bit of insomnia and can't sleep, I play it for a while and then I can fall asleep. It's even a little therapeutic.

Did you see how good it sounds and how relaxing it is? Well, let's move on to the drawing, since that's the most important part of this post. I started by drawing the card's frame in Adobe Illustrator. This will contain all the elements of the drawing inside. See how it turned out.

After finishing the previous steps, I moved on to drawing the violin's neck and body. But since I didn't want it to look so flat and just with that silhouette, I drew a border at the bottom to give it more volume. At the bottom of the border, I drew the foot for placing the cello on the floor.

In the next step, I moved on to drawing the aesthetic details, such as the resonating notes that are carved into the wood in real life, and the pegbox area along with its tuning pegs.

Now comes the painting; that will be the most entertaining part to watch. First, I painted the background and the frame.

And after painting the above, I painted the body of the cello and the arm.

Finally, I added the strings and finished painting the various aesthetic details on its body.

To say goodbye for today, colleagues, here's the finished drawing with all the details. See you next time, blessings to all, and have a good day.
