With such amount of money spent, there should be regular reports with cost breakdowns and costs spent and costs left still. And most importantly an EVALUATION of the effect on Hive relative to the costs spent. I don´t see any shift in the user growth. In any private company such an intransparent initiative would be dead in no time.
