For this ruleset, do this mean the 1st unit will attack the highest health as well? Also, will that override Opportunity, Snipe, and Sneak, too?

The one in the first position attacks the one in the first position, and I had a battle, and my opportunity attacked the one with more health, but with Sneak and Snipe I'm not sure.
