When they're uncovered and cut in half, they're very easy to cook. They'll be ready in an hour and a half at most. Thanks for stopping by and for your kind comment @marajah

Wow, thanks for the information. I could remember the last time we cooked green peas, it took us more than 3 hours before it became tender. Thanks. I will try it out. Probably this month.
