If I have delegated my HP, will that still count to my Hive Power Interest and curation reward level, or are these based only on my undelegated HP ?

When you delegate your HP, the curation rewards go to the account to which you've delegated. The HP still technically belongs to you and you can take it back anytime, but while it's delegated, the other account gets the benefits. So yes, your curation reward level is based only on your undelegated HP.
