Yes, when you lissten to podcasts on fountain you can earn sats and send them to youre hive account with the help of v4v.app

I use hivekeychain on mobile, go in the browser and log in to v4v.app

In the fountain app you have a lightning wallet, that is a lyer 2 bitcoin.
